Terms Of Service

General Terms

Prices are subject to change based on demands. If I like your idea of your Commission, I might give you a discount!
I may reject any commission that I do not feel comfortable or too complicated to draw.
Please do Inform me early if you are about to change your Social username, unable to do so will cause difficulties to contact you
Clients aren’t permitted to use the art in training for AI/ML models, even NFT ❌

Payments

Currency accepted in USD, via PayPal invoice for the payment (I do not accept cryptocurrency as payment)
All commissions must be paid in full upfront. For bigger pieces ($100 or more) I can split the payment
Upon a split payment, I will stop the progression half-way and will prioritize those who have paid in full

Process of Commission and Delivery

Respond clearly, in a timely fashion. Request of commission will be through DMs or Email, whichever you are comfortable with
Please be ready with a FULL description OR in pointers OR you can doodle the ideas you want to order of commission and also proper sufficient & appropriate clear image references (Please refer to HOW TO ORDER instruction)
Once agreed upon, you’ll gain the slot and I will request payment via PayPal Invoice
I will notify you when I started your Commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (refer at Refund Policy further below for more info on refunds)
From time to time, I'll show you some drafts/progress on your commission. It’s important you let me know if you want anything changed in the sketch phase. Once I start cleaning up/colouring, there’ll be no revisions for major changes to the artwork, unless it's something minor.
My work requires a lot of time, commission may vary up to couple of days or less, a week or several months depending on factors such as complexity of commissioned piece, health, other work and family issues.
If anything comes up that will slow the progression of the initial estimated delivery time, I’ll inform you ASAP.
Once the piece is finished, you’ll receive the full-resolution image in PNG, IF the piece is done in Traditional and want it to be delivered? Do provide me your home address so I can send it on the upcoming days (a small fee will be charged for international)

Note: any last minute major changes of commission when I’m about to finish, will be declined.

Copyright/Usage Policy

I claim the rights to the produced drawings, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the Copyrighted artwork
The buyer is allowed to:

Use the commissioned piece for personal use (i.e. icons, pfp or banners.)
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, not the artwork itself.
Use the artwork to promote themselves. (providing a credit will be appreciated if you do!)

The following is considered copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without permission. (Do clarify with me first if you do want to make a profit and branding purposes - ie Patreon, Twitch, Youtube, merchandise, game assets, etc.)
Claiming the artwork as yours
Posting the artwork without the signature or removing it.
Altering the artwork without my consent (this includes adding filters)

Refund Policy

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on your commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission OR I can’t provide the product for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If you paid for half payment and I’ve done half of your commission but for any reason, you’re unable to pay the other half? You may cancel the comm BUT you won’t be able to receive a refund

It is important that you have read the Terms of Service before commissioning me. Anything unclear, do inform me! :)

Character name and from: (of OC, Fanart, etc.)
Reference: (A clear reference images, the more the merrier and in HD preferably if possible)
Category type: (Illustration / Traditional / Weapon Sheet / Character Sheet)
Commission type: (Full body / Thigh-up / Halfbody / Bust /.....)
Background: (Simple / Complex & more details of elements like props, character/s or etc...)
Others: (Anything you think it'll be useful for me, such as character personalities and important details require)
